300 g haddock / 1 filet 1 stalk lemongrass
4 orange slices
3 lemon slices
3 boiled and chopped potatoes
30 ml soya
20 ml oil
40 ml white wine
6 g chopped coriander leaves
10 g sliced chilli
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sheet parchment paper
Place potatoes on parchment paper.
Place fish filet on top of potatoes and season with salt and pepper.
Put lemongrass stalk, lemon slices, orange slices, chilli and coriander on top of the fish.
Drizzle with oil, white wine, and soya.
Cover the fish firmly with parchment paper.
Cook in oven at 170°C for 18-20 min.
